Rump Steak Slice (1.2kg-1.3kg)

A slice of juicy, tender steak cut approximately 2½ inches thick and weighing about 1.3kg. These can be marinated if required. Grill or cook on the barbeque for about 15 minutes per side, and serve. This idea was given to us by our American customers and has proven to be an excellent idea when entertaining. Any steak left over makes a very special cold roast beef, which can be served the next day with a salad or sandwich.
